CardKutz is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including stock availability or errors in pricing or product information. If an order is cancelled, any payment taken will be refunded in full.

Your right to cancel, return or receive a refund is governed by our Refund Policy and your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Purchases are for personal use only and not for resale unless expressly agreed in writing.

All prices are shown in GBP (£). Prices include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.

Prices and promotions may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you only when the goods are delivered to you or a person nominated by you, in accordance with UK consumer law.

CardKutz uses Shopify to power its online store. All purchases are made directly with CardKutz.

Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and CardKutz.

Section 11 – Feedback

If you submit feedback, reviews or suggestions, you grant us a royalty-free, worldwide licence to use that content for business purposes.
